The Mindfulness Collection Dragonfly Needlepoint Canvas

Stitching has been proven to calm the mind, reduce stress and boost mental health. This design is part of a growing collection of needlepoint designs created for simplisitic stitching and to help lull the stitcher into a mindful state.

The Dragonfly design is printed onto 13 mesh Zweigart canvas. Design measures 10" x 10". Each canvas will come with a color chart digital chart download in case there are any inconsistencies with the print alignment .

The dragonfly is a symbol of courage, transformation, joy and adaptability. Often seen as a symbol of change the dragonfly represents having the wisdom and resilience to adapt to change.
